- Free account: upload credit report PDFs, review flags, simple letters bureaus can read, print at home, timers, and a Day 31 draft for a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) complaint — you paste and file it yourself.
- $15 / certified letter: we mail USPS certified with tracking. Buy a mail credit in Settings. Print at home does not need a credit.
- Older $29/month plans are no longer sold. Opening the app cancels an active software subscription so it does not renew. Mail credits you already bought stay on your account.
- Delete my data is available in Settings.
